The aim of present study was to Design a structural model of tendency to migration in national team athletes of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research was descriptive-correlational type and based on structural equations. The statistical population included all athletes in the national teams of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which 383 available people (N=383) were selected as a statistical sample. The researchers collected information from 26 in-depth interviews with the experts and researchers in the subject, and the data from the interview were coded and analyzed. Then, a questionnaire was designed in accordance with the obtained codes in the form of 36 items with a five-point Likert scale, and the validity and reliability of it were confirmed. The results of the structural model showed that the identified individual, managerial, structural and facility-welfare factors are appropriate to study the tendency of athletes to migrate and there is a high correlation between these factors. Also, according to the results of Friedman test, there is a significant difference between the ranking of athletes' tendency to migrate (P<0.01). According to the results of the present study, it seems that organizations and institutions in charge of sports can take effective steps to reduce the migration of the most valuable sports resources by paying sufficient attention to the important identified factors and adopting appropriate strategies related to these factors.KeywordsMigration tendency, Sports migration, National team athletes, structural model

In the field of development of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences have been carried out scattered scientific research's all over the world, which has led to the writing and publication of many articles in scientific journals. Comprehensive and in-depth review of these studies and the interpretation of their findings can provide researchers with a clear understanding. The aim of this study was to identify the affecting factors development of applied science Faculty of physical education and sports. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research strategy, which was done using a qualitative approach and using the Meta-syntheses method as implementation path in data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the present study is all articles related to the field of development Faculty of physical education and sports that have been published in Google Scholar and Science Direct databases from 2005-2020. Based on this, using keywords, the most relevant research was selected with a purposeful approach (N = 134). The meta-syntheses method Sandelowski & Barros (2007) was used to examine the findings. Findings showed that 5 components (education, research, entrepreneurship, relations with the community and Scientific Supremacy), 18 subcomponents and 122 codes are involved in the development Faculty of physical education and sports. Finally, according to the research findings, a model of factors affecting the development Faculty of physical education and sports was developed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the growthchallenges of sport start-up businesses in Iran. The study is an exploration research and is considered as qualitative. The research data were collected through subjective sampling and based on deep semi-structured interviews with experts in this field (all startups managers, science and technology parks, growth centers, university professors, elites in the field of sport entrepreneurship). The number of participants reached 21 using the theoretical saturation index and the findings were analyzed by grounded theory in coding process included three steps: open, axial and selective coding. Findings indicate that categories such as innovation and idea generation, specialist human capital, organizational and individual aspect, and the specialized unit of the country's sports startups as contextual factors and Categories such as structural and governmental, Hard infrastructure, Strategic and environmental factors and Entrepreneurship centers and sports start-up in federations and... as interferer factors were recognized for the growth of start-up sport businesses in Iran. That can help to employment creation, sport development, growth and revival of sport startups and the country's economic sustainable growth under sanction.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational performance virtualization on organizational sustainability with the mediating role of human resource enhancement and organizational wisdom. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of Tehran Municipality Sports Organization (N = 480), Also, the statistical sample of the research was selected using Morgan sampling table and stratified randomly from Tehran Municipality Sports Organization (n = 215). In order to collect data from one personal information questionnaire and four organizational virtualization questionnaires (William Stride, 2007), organizational micro-questionnaire (Brown and Green, 2006) and human capital synergy questionnaire (Ahmadi et al., 2017) and organizational sustainability questionnaire (Dick and. Et al., 2012) were used. The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by seven professors of sports management at the Islamic Azad University of Hamadan, Also, the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.92, 0.87, 0.94 and 0.89 using Cronbach's alpha test, respectively. In this research, in order to analyze the collected data, first the questionnaire questions are described at the descriptive level using statistical indicators and then at the inferential level to check the accuracy of the hypotheses and the relationships between the research variables using the path analysis technique. The aim of the current research was to design structural pattern of Designing Structural Equation Model of Development Faculty members of Physical Education. The study was descriptive and conducted in square way. The population of this study include faculty members of P.E faculty’s (N=205). All 173 faculty members of P.E faculties were selected as samples of this study. The researcher-made questionnaire of Development was used to collect data, the researcher a list of 22 faculty development, 3dimensions (Professional, Organizational, Personal) and 17 components of this list were confirmed.After interview to the authorities. Each of 17 recognized components is transformed to items of Questionnaire in order to draw the situation of faculty development. The Questionnaires were designed on the basic of 5 likert scales. Validity of two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.90, 0.85 and 0.87 respectively. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov-Smirnov and T-student test, were used and for determination of the causal relationship between variables the method of by application of LISREL. Graphics V.18 software and SPSS.V.16 were used. Findings: The analysis supported model fitting to the data. The results showed Their development models Faculty members of Physical Education has desirable goodness ,and relationship model the Professional dimension with coefficient of 0.84, the Personal dimension with coefficient of 0.74, and the Organizational dimension with coefficient of 0.68, have the most roles.

The aim of present study is to develop structural model of organizational innovation based on organizational happiness among staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth. This research is descriptive-correlation research. and is a field research. The population were all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N =890), that according to Krejcie & Morgan table 396 were selected randomly. Measurement tools were organizational innovation questionnaire of Jimenez et. al (2008) and organizational happiness questionnaire of Hill and Argyle (2002). Content validity of both questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test in an early example of 30 number for organizational innovation and organizational happiness were respectively equal to α=0/928 and α=0/94. All data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling using SPSS23 and LISREL8.5. Results of the present study indicated that structural model of organizational innovation based on organizational happiness confirmed that all of the questions except questions 6 and 13 have a significant effect on developing structural model (p < 0/01). Fitting indicators of structural model is proper and organizational innovation could have significant effect on organizational happiness among staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth (p < 0/01, T= 11/19, β= 0/64).

Since government funds is limited to develop sports infrastructure, earning more and monitoring costs for sports programs and organization’s goals are considered. Clubs budget is reached to unprecedented figures in the tens or even hundreds of million dollars. As the clubs moved on to the commercial nature of their sporting nature, such a situation requires a transformation of the traditional features of the football industry. In order to prioritize marketing strategy of Premier League football clubs, the comments of 53 executives of clubs, marketing committee, officials and sports marketing football clubs experts were collected through researcher made questionnaires. Experts confirmed the questionnaire validity and respectively their reliability were confirmed due to inconsistency ratio of questionnaires that are less than (0.1). The results showed that developing a strategic marketing plan for premier league clubs matcher with the approach of maximum absorption advertising and sponsorship, developing the club comprehensive system and improving opportunities for private investment sectors are in priority second to fourth in the premier league. Developing stimulus plan to enter foreign top players in the premier league is the lowest priority.

The purpose of this study was to develop a knowledge management model based on the organizational readiness of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This research was correlational and its data were collected using a questionnaire The statistical population includes all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth in 1995, which is 890 (569 men, 321 women). For each free parameter, 5 people were enrolled, thus the sample size was 350. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. The instrument for data collection was organizational readiness and knowledge management. The face validity of the questionnaires approved by 15 sports management professors and their ending by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational readiness and knowledge management questionnaire were α = 0.78 andα = 75 / 0 Approved. The data were analyzed using the binomial test and using structural equation modeling method through Smart-PLS software. The results showed that organizational readiness had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management of the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (t = 3.221, p < 0.01). Explaining a clear and precise approach to the benefits of deploying a knowledge management system is considered necessary.

Today, football; after many changes; behind, from a simple sport has been proposed as a great trading alongside other industries and professions. The aim of this study is to develop a strategic marketing plan for football Premier League clubs based on SWOT analysis. The methodology is based on collection of data and descriptive survey based on functional objective. A total number of 53 which is clubs managers (n = 18) , clubs Marketing Committee (n=10) and sports marketing experts (n=25) participated voluntarily in the study with using purposive sampling. The survey instrument of the study was a questionnaire made up of internal and external factors marketing strategy League and consists of 60 questions. The validity and reliability confirmed by 10 experts in this field through Cronbach's alpha coefficient Which was 0. 87. The data was analyzed by descriptive and analytic statistics of Friedman Test Method for Ranking of League football's marketing strategies factor. Results showed that due to internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) and resulting in SWOT strategic analysis, marketing position in football was offensive and the most important purpose according to Friedman's test, was to develop supportive, facilitative and encouraging rules, for participants in the field of Marketing football League. According to this target to counter the threat, taking advantage of environmental opportunities, is to eliminate weaknesses and to enhance strengths in football marketing and applying appropriate strategies aremeans to reach to the objectives of revenue for football.

Unless job design, job crafting is the process of employee based that it occurred in organizational environment as individual differences and it can be led to organizational outcomes like as agility. To this do, the research has been design by aim of structural equations analysis for effect of job crafting on organizational agility in sport and youth ministry. Number of 191 experts and managers of ministry selected by Krejecie et al’s table and responded to research questionnaires. After verifying face validity of instruments (by 17 experts of sport management), the questionnaire reliability of job crafting and organizational agility was achieved 0.95 and 0.86 respectively by Akpha’s Chronbach coefficient. Structural equations showed that the best factor related to job crafting which can effect on organizational agility of sport and youth ministry is decreasing hindering job demands with standard solution of 0.57, and after that another most important factor is increasing job social resources (r= 0.35). Regarding to reflected standard solutions of organizational agility, job crafting dimensions can mostly be more effect on leadership and technology components of organizational agility. Based on research findings can be expected that managers of big and bureaucratic sport organizations will certainly be able to change employee’s pleasure attitudes to organizational agility through conduct and monitoring of employees toward job crafting. In other words, autonomy and freedom for empowered employees cab be led to organizational agility based on job crafting.

The main purpose of this study was to predict the organizational effectiveness regarding the emotional intelligence of sport managers of Lorestan province. Among 95 sport managers of Lorestan province, 76 of whom were selected randomly based on Krjcy and Morgan table. The subjects were answered emotional intelligence questionnaire of Goleman and organizational effectiveness questionnaire of Rater. Data were analyzed by one sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis in SPSS software. Results have shown that there is a direct correlation between management of EQ relations and self-management elements and organizational effectiveness of sport managers of Lorestan province (p<0/05). In addition, findings have shown that self-management elements and management of EQ relation have the ability to effect the prediction of organizational effectiveness of sport managers and the variance of 0/24 has specified their organizational effectiveness. So it can be concluded that by growing the EQ levels of sport managers in the field of self-management and relationship management, the organizational effectiveness of them can be increased.

The purpose of this research is the determination of the relationship between workaholism and quality of life among the female physical education teachers in Kermanshah .This research is a kind of descriptive – correlation investigation and has been carried out according to field study. The statistical society of this project includes 101 female physical education teachers in Kermanshah based on Kerjesi and Morgan table. Of those, 80 persons have been randomly chosen as a statistical sample. Workaholism (Spins and Rabins) and quality of life (War and Sherborn) questionnaires have been used in order to collect the data .Their stability has been determined through Keronbakh Alfa as 82% and 85%, respectively. The statistical methods of Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient has been used for analyzing the data. The results of the research showed that there was a strong meaningful negative relationship between teacher’s workaholism and quality of life. In other word, when the degree of workaholism increases, the degree of the quality of life decreases consequently. There was a meaningful negative performance between workaholism and the components of quality of life (general health, social performance, energy, emotions and mental health). Therefore, the teachers are advised to observe moderation and to avoid the excesses and wastage and to try for maintaining their mental health.
